The Art of Cursive

Service Description
Prepare to unlock the art of cursive! In this class, students will embark on a creative journey through swoops and swirls. Whether they’re brand new to cursive or continuing their practice, this class is perfect for all skill levels. Rather than following the traditional A-to-Z order, we'll explore four letter groups that share similar shapes, helping students build a natural rhythm without overthinking each letter. Weekly take-home worksheets will be provided and encouraged for 10–20 minutes of practice to reinforce classroom learning. For those still perfecting their tripod grip, pencil grippers will be available. For learners who have previously taken this class and wish to continue their cursive journey, we’ll explore creative handwriting projects—such as composing letters to family members and other themed writing activities—to further develop hand strength, fluency, and personal expression.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: We keep our program and class numbers small to enhance learning outcomes. If you have questions about a program or class, please contact us prior to signing up. Programs and/or classes can be dropped PRIOR to the second week of each semester. There is a 30% fee for a dropped program or class. The remaining balance after fee reduction will be reimbursed. *IPHG will NOT reimburse for a program or class that is dropped after the second week of each semester* To drop a class please email iphglearning@gmail.com IPHG reserves the right to cancel any class. In the event a class is canceled before beginning, a full refund will be given. In the event IPHG cancels a class after the class has begun, a prorated refund will be given.
