Service Description
Pack your appetite and your passport! In this class students will travel the globe one delicious recipe at a time, starting right here in Chicago. Each week we'll land in a new country and learn all about what makes its food special- the climate, the landscape, the traditions, the people who cook it. We will blend geography and cooking in each class as we explore different destinations and cultures and prepare dishes with a variety of ingredients and flavors. Our curiosity will continue to grow, and all of our young chefs will gain the confidence they need to cook, taste, and talk about the world in a whole new way. *No cooking experience is required for this class. All students will learn kitchen safety habits and build real kitchen skills.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: We keep our program and class numbers small to enhance learning outcomes. If you have questions about a program or class, please contact us prior to signing up. Programs and/or classes can be dropped PRIOR to the second week of each semester. There is a 30% fee for a dropped program or class. The remaining balance after fee reduction will be reimbursed. *IPHG will NOT reimburse for a program or class that is dropped after the second week of each semester* To drop a class please email iphglearning@gmail.com IPHG reserves the right to cancel any class. In the event a class is canceled before beginning, a full refund will be given. In the event IPHG cancels a class after the class has begun, a prorated refund will be given.
