Service Description
Welcome to Story Makers! In this hands- on writing class, young authors will build characters, invent worlds, and learn to turn wild ideas into compelling stories. Each week will follow a similar rhythm: a warm up game or story, instruction on a writing skill, time to brainstorm and create, and a chance to share our work. Students will create characters, settings, and plots. They will explore stories new and old to foster interests and generate ideas. And everyone will work through the writing process to find their voice as an author, edit and revise their stories, and polish their work. We all have stories to tell. Join us in Story Markers and come share yours!
