
Art in Clay: animals and pottery

Service Description
Come explore the world of Art in Clay. In this class young artists will make animals (real and imagined) using wire armatures and clay to build, mold, and sculpt their creations. We will also make pottery using coil and pinch techniques, as well as molding and carving slab. Pottery design and function, surface texture, and animal character will be up to each artist. Will there be creatures hidden in a vessel? Stay tuned! All students will display their semester creations in our art showcase the last day of the spring semester.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: We keep our program and class numbers small to enhance learning outcomes. If you have questions about a program or class, please contact us prior to signing up. Programs and/or classes can be dropped PRIOR to the second week of each semester. There is a 30% fee for a dropped program or class. The remaining balance after fee reduction will be reimbursed. *IPHG will NOT reimburse for a program or class that is dropped after the second week of each semester* To drop a class please email iphglearning@gmail.com IPHG reserves the right to cancel any class. In the event a class is canceled before beginning, a full refund will be given. In the event IPHG cancels a class after the class has begun, a prorated refund will be given.
