Hello everyone, I'm Ashley

 

My husband Alex and I have four boys ranging from grade school through high school age. And if that weren’t enough, our family also includes a little backyard farm! We have 12 hens, one very spirited rooster, a rabbit, an outdoor cat, and our newest additions: two playful puppies. Let’s just say, life in our household is always full of surprises!

I have a wide range of interests, ranging from cosmetology (which blossomed into a career spanning nearly two decades), to homesteading, woodworking, crocheting, and more recently the culinary arts. Cooking has become one of my greatest passions-especially exploring cuisines from around the globe.

 

For the past ten years, I’ve embraced the role of a domestic engineer—a title I proudly wear as a stay-at-home mom and homeschool parent. My family joined the IPHG community fall 2024, and I am especially excited to join the teaching side of IPHG bringing my passion and dedication into the classes I teach, while sharing the skills, tips, and the knowledge I’ve picked up over the years with your children.
